I am passionate about crafting learning experiences that are engaging, inclusive, attention-grabbing, and that ignite curiosity and energy for every learner and myself.

• Over 15 years of experience teaching large-scale, university-level online courses often serving 200+ students from a wide range of academic majors each semester
• Developed and delivered ADA-compliant (Americans with Disabilities ACT) online courses for diverse undergraduate and graduate students
• Specialize in curriculum development, instructional systems design, workforce learning and development, and prepares students for the real world
• My interdisciplinary research focuses on the crossroads of hospitality, tourism, and learning technologies, with an emphasis on learner engagement, development, and solving real-world industry challenges. I contribute to academic and professional conversations through publications in both fields and share my insights.
• Over 10 years of hands-on experience in the travel and hospitality industry from entry-level roles to management, combining academic depth with practical insight, blending academic with industry lessons and always nurturing the spirit of curiosity and creativity
