for diverse undergraduate and graduate students

and development, and prepares students for the real world
• My interdisciplinary research focuses on the crossroads of hospitality, tourism,
and learning technologies, with an emphasis on learner engagement, development, and
solving real-world industry challenges. I contribute to academic and professional
conversations through publications in both fields and share my insights.
