Lauren Eutsler, Ph.D., is an Associate Professor of Learning Technologies at UNT and
Director of the Texas Center for Educational Technology. Her research examines how
digital tools, artificial intelligence, and immersive technologies can improve teaching,
learning, and literacy in K–12 and higher education. She has secured multiple grants
totaling over $1.5 million to design and evaluate innovative curricula in STEM and
AI education.
With more than 18 years of experience as an educator and researcher, Dr. Eutsler has
published widely in leading journals and presented at national and international conferences.
She serves as a 2024-2025 Senior Innovative Fellow and Faculty Leadership Fellow,
advancing initiatives around educational innovation and faculty development. Dedicated
to mentoring emerging scholars, she chairs numerous dissertation committees and fosters
partnerships with schools and community organizations to bridge research and practice.
