Dr. Baker’s research interests include financial forecasting of workplace learning investments, impact of career and technology education, management techniques and statistical applications for operations and performance improvement, economic analysis, occupational forecasting, benchmarking, survey and evaluation design, evaluation of training outcomes, training needs assessment, and job task analysis.
